The service department did a great job with our vehicles oil change. The serviceman was very helpful & friendly.

Have been using this dealership in Marlette for over 50 years. The dealership has gone thru several name changes in that time; however, the staff has always been very good, our salesman, Steve Hutchinson has been our salesman for many of those years and has been a wonderful person to deal with, very helpful and friendly. Very happy with the relationship we have made with all departments and employees.at this dealership.

Ron Ouvry, our salesperson, did a fantastic job introducing us to a new truck option, worked through pricing that made sense for us, and delivered the vehicle to us in great shape. We had multiple options at other dealerships; however, Ron made the difference. Somehow Ron has the ability to show us options without feeling pressured. All in, we are pleased with our new vehicle.

Loved the coffee.. the wait was a little than expected.. but thats ok

Second time I wasn’t called to let me know my car was done. I was told “tried” to call but no misses calls or messages left at either of the phone numbers I provided. Communication could be better. Also made my appointment online but was told they didn’t see the appointment. The person checking me in asked the guy sitting next to her about taking in my car. He wouldn’t look up. He just mumbled “I can make it work”. I felt like I inconvenienced him. I will probably take my car (which was purchased at McDonalds) to another dealer moving forward even though I live and work in Marlette.

It was very smooth and easy. I also called prior to my appt and they were honest and up front and were pretty accurate on the time it would take. Was told as hour and took an hour and 10 mins. I appreciate the honesty.
